PrimeRole helps you instantly evaluate how well a company or person fits your target profile by assigning a dynamic score based on your custom criteria.

Whether you’re on LinkedIn or viewing a company profile, PrimeRole automatically runs fitment checks in real-time — powered by ICP (Ideal Company Profile) and Persona scoring.

How It Works

  1. Define Your ICP or Persona Profiles

    • Build multiple ICP (Ideal Company Profiles) and Persona profiles tailored to your company's goals, sales playbooks, or GTM segments.

    • Assign a weight to each attribute and parameters (from -10 to +10) based on its relevance. This gives you full control over what "fit" means to your team.

  2. Automatic Scoring on LinkedIn Profiles Once your profiles are defined, PrimeRole works in real-time:

    • When you view a LinkedIn profile (person or company), PrimeRole automatically compares the data against your saved ICPs or Personas.

    • A fitment score is instantly calculated using the weights and attributes you set.

    • You’ll see visual indicators like score out of 100 (e.g. 68 - Good, 100 - Excellent), making qualification instant and actionable.

  3. View Best Match or Explore All Fitments PrimeRole helps you focus, but also gives flexibility:

    • By default, it displays the best-fitting profile with the highest score (e.g., "Primary ICP", "Sales Director+").

    • You can toggle to view how a prospect or company scores across all your saved profiles, letting you segment based on multiple GTM strategies or verticals.

    • Visual indicators (✓ icons, arrows, tags) help highlight which attributes contributed to the score and how.
