PrimeRole helps you create personalized email outreach messages using enriched email data to increase your chances of connecting with prospects.

Accessing the Email Outreach Feature​

  1. Access Prospect's LinkedIn Profile: Open your LinkedIn account connected to your PrimeRole workspace and navigate to the profile of the person you want to email.
  2. Activate PrimeRole Extension: The extension should activate automatically. If not, click the PrimeRole icon.
  3. Open the "Engage" Tab: Select the "Engage" tab within the PrimeRole extension.
  4. Select "Email Outreach": Choose the "Email Outreach" option.

Customizing Your Email Message​

PrimeRole provides options for tailoring your email:

  • Available Tones: Select the tone that best suits the prospect and the context of your outreach:
    • Casual: For informal communication.
    • Professional: For formal business communication.
    • Explanatory: When you need to provide more background information.
  • Length Options: Choose the appropriate length for your message:
    • Short: For quick introductions or follow-ups.
    • Medium: For more detailed outreach.
    • Long: For comprehensive proposals or requests.

Sending Your Message

After getting your message, review it carefully. Now you can copy it and use it .
