PrimeRole's LinkedIn integration provides insights into company reviews and public perception, drawing data from platforms like Glassdoor. This information is valuable for understanding employee sentiment, company reputation, and overall public image.
Accessing the Reviews & PR Tab

To access the Reviews & PR information for a company:
- Connect PrimeRole to LinkedIn: Ensure your PrimeRole account is connected to your LinkedIn account. See the Extension Integration Guide for details.
- Navigate to a Company Page or Tag: Go to a company's LinkedIn page or find a company tag in a post or profile.
- Activate the PrimeRole Extension: The PrimeRole extension should automatically activate when viewing a profile. If it doesn't:
- Look for the PrimeRole icon on either edge of your LinkedIn screen.
- Click the icon to load company details.
- Select the "Reviews & PR" Tab: Once the PrimeRole extension activates, click on the "Reviews & PR" tab to access review and rating information.
What Information is Available?
The "Reviews & PR" tab focuses on employee reviews and ratings:
- Glassdoor Data: Data specifically from Glassdoor.
- G2 Review : Reviews from G2.
- Overall Rating: The average overall rating (typically on a scale of 1 to 5).
- Review Count: The total number of reviews.
- Review Count Change (vs Last Month): The percentage change in the number of reviews compared to the previous month. This can indicate changes in employee engagement or public attention.
- Ratings by Category: A breakdown of ratings across specific categories, such as:
- Senior Management
- Career Opportunities
- Compensation and Benefits (Often shortened to "Compensation")

- Employee Sentiment Analysis: Understand how employees perceive the company's culture, management, and work environment.
- Reputation Management: Monitor public perception of the company and identify potential areas for improvement.
