Enrich Contact Details In Bulk

PrimeRole's bulk enrichment, also known as CSV enrichment, allows you to enrich contact details for a large number of people simultaneously. This feature is ideal for quickly gathering data from existing contact lists or for large-scale research projects. All you need is a CSV file containing the names of the individuals you wish to enrich.

How to Perform Bulk Enrichment​

Follow these steps to enrich your contacts in bulk:

  1. Access the PrimeRole Platform: Open the PrimeRole platform and ensure your account is connected to your workspace.
  2. Navigate to the Enrichment Section: Locate and click on the "Enrich" section in the navigation bar.
  3. Select "CSV Enrich": On the left-hand sidebar, find and select the "CSV Enrich" option.
  4. Upload Your CSV File:
    • Click the "Upload CSV" button located in the top right corner of the page.
    • Alternatively, drag and drop your CSV file into the designated area.
    • Ensure your CSV file is properly formatted with clear column headers (e.g., "First Name," "Last Name," "Company").
  5. Map CSV Columns to Properties:
    • Use the dropdown menus to map the columns in your CSV file to the corresponding properties in PrimeRole (e.g., "First Name," "Last Name," "Company").
    • A three-column preview will help you visualize the mapping. Double-check that the mapping is accurate to ensure correct data enrichment.
  6. Proceed to the Next Step: Once you've mapped all the necessary properties, proceed to the next step.
  7. Customize Providers and Priority:
    • Click the "Customize providers and priority" button.
    • Prioritize Data Providers: Drag and drop the data providers to set the order in which PrimeRole will attempt to enrich the data. Prioritize providers known for higher accuracy in your target market.
    • Enable/Disable Data Providers: Toggle data providers on or off to control which sources are used for enrichment. Disable providers that are not relevant or have low accuracy for your needs.
  8. Select Data to Enrich: Choose the type of data you want to enrich:
    • Any Available Data
    • Email
    • Phone
    • Email and Phone
    • Select the data types most relevant to your outreach strategy.
  9. Confirm and Start Enrichment: After selecting the data type, confirm your settings and initiate the bulk enrichment process. PrimeRole will then begin enriching the contact details in your CSV file. You can monitor the progress of the enrichment process on the same page.

Important Considerations:​

  • CSV File Format: Ensure your CSV file is correctly formatted (comma-separated values) and uses UTF-8 encoding.
  • Column Headers: Use clear and consistent column headers in your CSV file for accurate mapping.
  • Data Limits: Be aware of any data limits or usage restrictions associated with your PrimeRole subscription or connected data providers.
  • Data Accuracy: While PrimeRole uses multiple data sources and verification steps, data accuracy cannot be guaranteed 100%. Always review enriched data for potential errors.

By following these steps, you can efficiently enrich large lists of contacts and enhance your sales and marketing efforts.
